Terms & Conditions of Sony Times Count Kigo Contest

1. The Sony Time Count Kigo Contest shall be held from 15 May 2008 to 31 August 2008.
   
2. Announcements of winners will only be made after the end of the whole promotion period.
   
3. This contest is open to all customers of Sony (M) Sdn Bhd residing in Malaysia. Employees of Sony and its subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors, agencies, dealers, retailers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
   
4. To be eligible for the contest, customers must purchase a minimum of RM1,000 of Sony products in a single receipt. Subject to terms & conditions, for purchase of RM1,000 and above will entitle you to One (1) Sony Time Contest Form. Customer is only entitled to maximum of Three (3) contest form for purchase more than RM3,000.00 and above of Sony products in a single receipt.
   
5. One winner is only entitled for 1 prize. Winners will be notified via phone, email or postage.
   
6. Proof of sent by a Contestant does not denote proof that the entry was received by Sony.
   
7. Customers are required to submit proof of purchase (official receipt) and return the completed contest form to the same shop of purchase. Receipt can only be use 1 time for a multiple of maximum 3 entries according to amount of receipt. Any reuse found will be deemed disqualified.
   
8. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding on all participants and SONY shall not entertain any queries or correspondence in this regard. The winners of the prizes will be contacted individually through the correspondence information given.
   
9. Sony reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions. No correspondence shall be entertained.
   
10. Prizes must be claimed in person unless Sony advises otherwise. Identification which includes a photograph will be required (examples include identification card/drivers license/passport which displays a photograph of the Contest winner). Where Sony elects to post a prize to a Contest winner no responsibility will be accepted by Sony for the safe and effective postal delivery of the prize.
    
11. In the event Sony has a prize giving ceremony, the Contest winner(s) are required to attend at his/her own cost and expense to collect the prize. In the event the Contest winner is not able to attend the prize giving ceremony, the Contest winner must nominate a representative to be present at the prize giving ceremony to accept the prize on his/her behalf.
    
12. Sony reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
    
13. Prizes not claimed within One Month upon request/notification from Sony shall be forfeited. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Contest winners are solely responsible for the collection of their prize and Sony and its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to the Contest winners in any respect whatsoever.
    
14. Sony reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound to such changes.
