Once again I and Hubby's wanna to thank you to Sony Malaysia and espcially to Mr Teoh and Mr Wong who conducts the course successfully on 12 Jan 2008 at Birds Park, Penang. You know .WHY?... because we learned more and now we know how to captured pictures and where to take a shot of still photo and where to record the picture and mostly its very fantastic that day. we will attend more courses onwards with SOMAS.

Here are a few words about the training handled by Sony. First of all, I am impressed that Sony have given the opportunity to everyone to learn the basic and advanced level knowledge of handling cameras and video cameras plus they have some expertise trainer's as well. I would really appreciate and hope that Sony would continue to have more training course especially in Penang and all over the states in Malaysia. Well done! Sony!

I am impressed with the level of professionalism of the Sony Malaysia Customer Contact Centre in dealing with enquiries. Whilst most of the after sales service call centres in Malaysia is condemned for their lack of mannerisms and clarity, it's really pleasing to see Sony Malaysia is stepping up and creating a powerful and strong brand image to its loyal customers. It's with very little doubt that although I reside overseas, I will definitely come back to Sony Malaysia to buy my needed Sony products given that Sony is my only choice of brand when it comes to electrical products. You guys have done very well for organising this kind of workshop and it has bring many DSLR and photography enthusiast together. Ultimately well done. I purchased a Cyber-shot digital camera a few months back and decided to enrol for the Experience Cyber-shot workshop at KLCC last month. I thought I'd already known how to use my Cyber-shot very well but this workshop showed me how much more I could actually do with it. It was truly an enlightening experience. Also, they had a small contest session during the workshop for us participants to win some prizes. Really cool!
